Salt (I used fine sea salt)
1/2 Tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp rosemary leaves (from 1 sprig) or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves (from 1-2 sprigs), or 1/4 tsp dried thyme
6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil

    I don't like Prime Rib, I like a Prime Rib Bone-in Steak! My husband loves Prime Rib and the local grocery store had them on sale! I bought one and asked the butcher how does one cook this. She looked at me and said "in the oven!". OK When I got home and groceries were put up I got on FaceBook just to check things out. All of a sudden there was this cute young girl telling me HOW TO.
