Stephanie, I tried making these lemon curd individual cheesecakes for the first time, and your recipe works very well. Thanks so much. My family members asked for second portions! The thing I didn't do well was make the cheesecakes rise high when they were baking in the oven (which was about 150C) and then deflate when done. I wonder if i have over-beaten the mixture….

I remember seeing a chocolate cake recipe in which raisins were put in a cup of Bourbon Whiskey. The Raisins were folded into the cake batter , baked and frosted . The Taste I can only Imagine. Sounds Delicious. Perhaps Stephanie , Joy Of Baking Can Try This recipe
