Hi Everyone!
I had a hankering for something sweet today. I had some frozen blueberries and a cake mix… Voila, I made a Blueberry Cobbler.
Recipe:
4 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 cup of old fashioned oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of butter (1 stick) – melted or cut into small patties
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a casserole dish, mix blueberries, cinnamon and sugar.
3. Using a separate bowl, mix cake mix, oats and brown sugar. Sprinkle evenly the dry ingredients on top of blueberry mixture.
4. Drizzle butter on top.
5. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and blueberries are bubbling around the edges of your dish.
6. Serve warm and enjoy! Also, good with vanilla ice cream.
Love you all!
Sandy
