Your fruits went into the oven really wet/juicy, but came out dry without the addition of any corn starch/flour. How did you do that?
You don't need Oliver to show us how to make apple crumble my great granny made it my granny made it my mum made it my dad's mum made it ,none of them got paid one penny ,it tasted out of this world you can't reinvent the wheel.

Tell your family you have sweetened the fruit with honey badger urine, the result of this, three crumbles for yourself over a week say.
Way too much sugar Jamie! Love your recipes but I always reduce the sugar quantity by 50% and use 50/50 Xylitol/sugar. So for your 400g sugar, use 100g sugar/100g Xylitol. You should try it mate!
