The Best TRASH CAN COOKIE Recipe | Cupcake Jemma

Don’t worry. When I say ‘Trash Can’ I’m talking about the good kind of trash! LOL. These cookies are perfect when you need a cookie, you want something a bit different AND you have lots of little half eaten packets of snack foods that need using up! Have a rummage in the back of the cupboards and see what else you could add (obviously, keep it sweet and snacky. No one wants a cookie with all the random bits of pasta you have leftover in your cupboards!) Enjoy!

Recipe –

225g of burnt butter
200g dark soft brown or muscavado sugar
160g caster sugar
360g plain flour
3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
2 lg eggs
2 egg yolks
100g dark chocolate chips
200g caramelised white choc chunks:
60g salty pretzels
60g M&Ms
60g salty crisps (potato chips!)
Extra melted white choc for drizzling
