Hi Jemma i love all ur videos and just came across this lovely cake 💖I just have one question can we make it with sugar free and whats gona be the proportion for the same when we replace with sugar coz artificial sugar is quite sweet should it be half of the sugar used in this recipe or same qty?

I have a similar recipe in a cookbook, using polenta instead of almonds. It's also gluten-free, but is suitable for people who can't eat nuts. I was put off trying it because I wasn't sure about the polenta, but the orange sounded delicious. I'll have to try this version instead!
