What butter do you use? I always use stork – for baking and buttercream. Is there a better one to use? I find using it in buttercream it makes it a bit greasy. Help!
A little late too the party…I know, but that's life with a very amazing, awesome, and large 3yr old! I have a question about your meringue kisses recipe. I'm having some inconsistent results. My question is about the ratio of egg white to caster sugar. I've heard 5 lg egg whites to 300g sugar, 200g egg whites/4 eggs to 400 grams of sugar, I've heard double the amount of egg whites in grams and that's how much sugar you need..can you clarify the sugar/egg white ratio for meringue kisses? Thanks Jemma!
