Mmmm! Toffee and banana goodness! This is the first time I've heard of a Banoffee desert. My excuse is I'm from the US. But I'm so glad to have discovered this! Yum!

8:08 Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? I had both my hands operated on at age 32 by a plastic surgeon. It’s a tendon release surgery that doesn’t totally sever it, but releases the pressure off the nerve. Literally 2 years afterwards, I couldn’t even see the scar. I never regretted that decision—even 16 yrs later.

  4. Prevya Prabath says:

So, I have been watching your videos for a year now. I absolutely adore them! And those silicon spoons you use are absolutely adorable! I have tried looking for them online, but was only able to find three colours. Perhaps it could be because I am in the US, but if there any website you can recommend that I might find the lovely colours you always seem to have in your videos? Thank you kindly 🙂

  39. lydia21504 says:

Dear Jemma, thanks for your great video! I still have two questions though:
    1. The recipe given here varies from the one in the book (number of bananas used). Is one better than the other one?
    2. My cupcakes became a bit dense. I was wondering if I could try to beat up sugar and butter first, add the eggs and then the dry ingredients as it's common for cakes. In a different video (I don't remember which one) you mentioned something about that not being suited for cupcakes. If so, could you explain why?
I would be so glad to hear from you xx
