Mini mini mini doughnuts! So easy and cuter than a puppy licking peanut butter off his nose.

Recipe –
110g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/8 tsp salt
pinch of nutmeg
70g soft unsalted butter
55g caster sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
60g buttermilk

    Made full size donuts, so had to increase the baking time a bit, but. .
    *Thank you* this is the best recipe I've found so far.

    Can't get buttermilk where I am, so had to use full fat milk and lemon juice, but wonderful recipe.

    I always thought that buttercream farts, was when you bake a cake or Muffins that needs buttercream and instead of topping with buttercream, you eat it all instead and the ensuring carnage in the toilet was called "Buttercream Farts"
