I adore your videos, they make me a better baker every time I try something new!!! I wonder though if you could do a video where you show a kind of conversion chart. Where I live, a lot a recipes are measure in cups and sometimes I want to have them in grams.

is this wrong i made something for you i guess you could delete it sour strawberry sweet orange jello deserts

i have a few jello secrets and one is jello deserts make every person feel special and loved and like you took some time to make something for them

    you will need

1 6 oz pkg strawberry jello
    1 tbsp citric acid
1 3 oz package of orange jello
1 sm container of cool whip

dissolve jello and thicken by refrigerating

after the 1.5 – 2 hours setting to a gel that does not spill remove from the refrigerator and spit in half add cool whip to one half leave the other half plain THE LARGE CITRIC ACID SOUR STRAWBERRY TAKES LONGER TO HIT THE GEL WORKABALE STAGE SO WE WILL WORK THE ORANGE FIRST but will work with four distinct layers or stages of jello with the cool whip
    sweet ORANGE
    sweet ORANGE with cool whip
    sour STRAWBERRY
    sour STRAWBERRY with cool whip

YOU HAVE WAY MORE SOUR STRAWBERRY THAN SWEET ORANGE START WITH A LARGE LAYER OF SOUR STRAWBERRY WITH JUST ENOUGH ORANGE TO CHANGE THE COLOR in the very bottom

PLACE IN THE REFRIGERATOR to set
once the orange is gel set and ready to handle split it and add layers
    of cool whip
    fluffy orange and
    plain orange
    in that order
replace into the refrigerator until the strawberry is ready to handle and
    repeat layers of
    fluffy sour strawberry and
    plain sour strawberry

    tips and tricks:
1 make my jello into deserts so i have to rapid dissolve and bring to a thickness i can work with about 1.5 hours in the refrigerator until they are ready to build when made using 3 cups of water all hot instead of four two hot two cold

i mix in the powder let it stand a full five minutes stir again and place in the refrigerator if you don't let it stand and stir again you could get the jello film or crust and that wastes half of your jello

to make the sour jello add citric acid in the dissolving stage which means if you are making sweet and sour lemon you'll need two packages of lemon one for sweet made normally and one made sour adding the citric acid

1 tbsp per 6 oz jello is crazy perfect sour good

to make a cool whip layer i use long iced tea spoons and put that large a dollop of coolwhip in the center of the desert and push it with the spoon to the glass it sticks to the cup then with your spoon down spin the glass and create a perfect cloud layer of plain in the center of your desert with the sour you really kind of need it

they say we're not dogs we don't work for treats OH YES I DO this is why i work out!!

the more i make this the crazier i get with layers we're a few months in as you can see

fact cherry jello with citric acid is a jolly rancher the good one ya huh

and check out my house of rupp playlist sorry so shameless but you are my mother in law in another life xo much love big and strong!
