How to Make a Ferrero Rocher Brownie! | Cupcake Jemma

Heads Up! My Circus Meringue recipe.. SUBSCRIBE! – BUY MY MERCH…

Recipe –

For the brownie…
2 sml eggs
165g caster sugar
80g dark chocolate
80g unsalted butter
25g cocoa powder
60g plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
30g chopped roasted hazelnuts

For the Nutella Nougat…
25g unsalted butter
100g caster sugar
30ml evaporated milk
40g nutella
100g marshmallow fluff
60g chopped roasted hazelnuts
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
+ more nutella for squeezing in!

For the topping
75g double cream
75g dark chocolate
more chopped roasted hazelnuts
gold edible lustre spray

    I dunno Jemma. I loved your christmas recipes last year and don't get me wrong, these look delicious. I am just missing some of the joy that you had last year. I feel like these videos are really over produced and commercialized and I come here because I like the more personal feeling that I get from your videos. I am sure people are now going to jump all over me for criticizing, but these Christmas videos just left me feeling a little sad.

    It took ages for the sugar to desolve in the evaporated milk!!! I guess the temperature has to be really low so it does Not burn. Living in Germany I used "schokoküsse" aka " dickmänner" instead of the marshmallow fluff and it worked Just fine. I like the recipe but for me it is was too sugary so that the nutty flavours can't develop properly.
