Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Brownies | Cupcake Jemma

Recipe –
For the Brownie…
165g 70% dark chocolate
165g unsalted butter
330g caster sugar
3 large eggs
45g cocoa powder
120g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

For the PBCD…
85g unsalted butter, soft
150g light brown soft sugar
15g demerara sugar
3 tbsp yoghurt
210g smooth peanut butter
150g plain flour
3/4 tsp salt
50g milk chocolate chips

For the Ganache…
150g 70%dark chocolate
150 double cream

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and roasted and salted peanuts to decorate.

    I've made this before but i baked the peanut butter cookie dough and put it on top of my brownie and then put on the ganache. It tasted so nice after it was chilled
