Bored of eating your ice cream out of china? How about making a bowl that you can EAT? You’ve got it! This recipe for edible Ice Cream Cookie Bowls AND a killer recipe for Chocolate Fudge Sauce is going to be right up your alley! This video is sponsored by Squarespace.

For the Cookie Bowls –
100g unsalted butter, soft
50g caster sugar
50g light soft brown sugar
1/2 a large egg + a couple of drops of vanilla extract
210g plain flour
30g very fine chocolate chips
100g dark chocolate, melted
Sprinkles for decorating

For the fudge sauce –
60g double or whipping cream
25g caster sugar
100g golden syrup
30g dark chocolate
20g cocoa powder
pinch of sea salt
