Ferrero Rocher Christmas Cupcakes | Cupcake Jemma

IT’S CHRISTMAS!! And this is the recipe that you’ve been waiting for! The king of the cupcakes, the Ferrero Rocher Cupcake. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and eat ALL the cakes! PS Sorry about the weird title earlier!

For the cupcakes:
115 SR flour
10g cocoa
115 Caster
10g light soft brown
1/4 tsp bicarb
125g butter
25g hazelnut butter
pinch salt

150g butter
340g sugar
60g hazelnut butter

    Hi Jemma, I have made these twice and they are so delicious.. Can I ask what chocolate you are using for the topping before the hazelnuts go on? Ive attempted the dipping but both times the buttercream wants to fall off, so I spoon the chocolate on, and then the buttercream starts melting so I have to run it to the fridge to cool it down lol.. Any advise? many thanks xxxx
