Hi Jemma, I have made these twice and they are so delicious.. Can I ask what chocolate you are using for the topping before the hazelnuts go on? Ive attempted the dipping but both times the buttercream wants to fall off, so I spoon the chocolate on, and then the buttercream starts melting so I have to run it to the fridge to cool it down lol.. Any advise? many thanks xxxx
