You will need to make 4 layers (5″) of your favourite cake. Mine is…
250g plain flour
275g caster sugar
45g cocoa powder
3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
160ml coffee
160ml buttermilk
160ml vegetable oil
2 large eggs
Quantity of your favourite buttercream
Black sugarpaste
Green jelly/jello

I think it could be really bubbly if instead of injecting more liquid, you just pumped in air. Kinda like how you can make bubbles in your drink with a straw.

Is sugar paste and fondant similar at all? Also what is castor sugar? I have never heard of it. I Googled it and had no results show up. Plz someone explain those two that I asked about? Thank you! π
If I was to bake (Gluten free), would i be able to use almond flour instead of regular flour for any of your cake recipes ?
