How to Make Magical Coloured Chocolate Bark | Cupcake Jemma



When you’re running out of colourful rainbowy ideas to decorate your cakes and bakes with, or you just need a colourful snack to nibble on, this is the perfect thing to make. It’s really easy and totes adorbs!

Recipe:
400g white chocolate
Oil based food colouring/candy colour
A selection of wicked sprinkles and candy
That’s it!

    the bark looks beautiful. but can someone confirm if that is compound chocolate or regular chocolate? wont it melt if its regular chocolate if it isnt tempered?

    Jemma, please help me out! My chocolate bars are melting in my hands and on my cakes! They are not snappy the way they should! I also tried tempering my chocolate wth around 1/3 of the base amount but still the same! What do i do?
