I have a question about food colouring. I read an article which said most of Americolor food colouring are forbidden in UK. I m looking for a bright food colouring .Do you know a good brand? Thanks
Hi jemma, I made these today and I would like to find out something. Does the chocolate melts easily? Mine did while I was assembling it on my cake

What if you don't have oil based food colouring
Is it just liquid food colouring
can you use oil based food coloring to color other things too? like icing and cake batter? it's kinda expensive and i don't want to buy it if it isn't multipurposeful
Does this still give the "snap" if you're making bark? I thought it had to be tempered…
