Hi Jemma, I have been watching your videos and I just love them! I noticed that in some of your cupcake videos the batter is really thick and you spoon it into the cupcakes papers and other times the batter is really thin and you pour it into a jug. How do you determine whether a cake batter should be thick or thin and how do you determine whether to use self-rising flour or regular all purpose flour?

  2. hyelimee says:

Do you still use Tate and Lyle icing sugar after they changed the anti-caking agent to maize starch??? It doesn't seem to fall into the mixing bowl as easily compared to your older videos. Is the resulting buttercream still smooth or is it grittier than before?

  3. NazsVideos says:

I thought everyone hated cherry ripes? It's always seems to be the last chocolate left behind whenever a favourites box comes out.

    Dear Jemma,
I just made these for my little boy's Valentine's Day class party. I told myself if I messed them up I would go to the store and buy store bought LOL. Well, these are so so good and so tasty. You are very right, they were packed with the coconut flavor. This one will be a "go to" recipe for sure.
