Recipe –

350g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 large free range egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
230g unsalted butter
100g caster sugar
220g light soft brown sugar
150g milk chocolate chips
400ml double cream
2 tbsp caster sugar

    I ve just finished making this. I wanted to know why my cookie pie came out quite greasy and cracked in the middle I did have to leave it in the oven 5 minutes longer than what you had said otherwise it was too gooey in the middle. any help would be appreciated for my next attempt
