Rainbow Rocky Road Recipe | Cupcake Jemma



It’s squishy, it’s chewy, it’s crunchy and it’s colourful! It’s the Rainbow Rocky Road and it is SOOOOO easy you could do it with your eyes closed (but don’t try that , obvs)

600g white chocolate
200g mini marshmallows
90g dessicated coconut, toasted (in an oven for 5 mins at 180C is fine)
3/4 pack of Oreo cookies (about 9 cookies)
150-200g caramelised/toffee popcorn (homemade or from a packet!)
Extra 150g white chocolate
Candy colouring in various colours

    Please can you tell me where you get your ingredients from like flour sugar and vanilla extract please because when ever you get the normal packs of flour from a supermarket there always gone really quickly and because you own crumbs and dollies I presumed you got you ingredients in bulk please get back thankyou 😃

    can i use Rice Krispies in these instead of dessicated coconut. I'm deathly allergic to the fruit and i break out in hives.

    Edit: also can i use milk or dark chocolate in these instead of the white i like the taste of it better. or can it only be done with white chocolate?

    Hello, I brought your recipe book recently and it mentions that the temp for bakimg are for a fan force oven. As I dont have a fan force oven do I just use the general rule of inceeasing the temp by 20°c? Thanks
