This cake switches from top to bottom more often than my ex boyfriend…

This is the BEST! im doing a giant cupcake for my little ones cake smash and all the tutorials show a candy/chocolate base(not really suitable for a 1 year old to smash up) so this buttercream base is awesome and looks great!

  3. Nathalie Long says:

Can I ask why for the giant cup cake you used the all in one method for the batter? The majority of your cakes you cream the butter & sugar first.

    Does it make a difference?

    Thanks.

Love the video, but this is a cake that i will never attempt making or even taste, because it just seems SO booring – plain vanilla flavour and nothing more..

Hi Jemma! I used this recipe for my silicon giant cupcake mould and its risen a lot, cooked on the outside but still quite wobbly after 50 mins in the oven at 170c! What am I doing wrong? Could it be my oven? Thanks 🙂
