Rosemary, Yoghurt and Honey Cake

160ml olive oil
365g plain yoghurt
3 large free-range eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
310g self raising flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
285g caster sugar
Big sprig of rosemary, chopped finely
pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
pinch of salt

155g plain yoghurt
375g icing sugar, sifted
1 tbsp runny honey plus more to drizzle all over the cake!

    FOR EVERYONE WHO USES CUPS + SPOONS, HERE IS THE RECIPE:
    1/2 cup + 2 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/2 cups plain yougurt
    3 large free range eggs
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cups self raising flour ( or regular flour with 1 1/4 tsp baking powder)
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    big sprig of rosemary, chopped finely
    pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
    pinch salt

    1/2 cup + 2 tbsp pain yougurt
    1 1/3 cup sifted icing sugar
    1 tbsp runny honey plus more to drizzle over the cake
