They say that money can’t buy happiness so instead I have filled this Trillionaires Shortbread with things I KNOW will make us all very happy! It’s so naughty you might have to eat it in secret. It’s better than Millionaires Shortbread because it gives you MORE!!!

||RECIPE||

Shortbread –
1 & 1/2 cups of Plain Flour
1/2 cup of Rice Flour
1/2 cup of Caster Sugar
Pinch of Salt
250g Cold Unsalted Butter, chopped
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Salted Caramel –
1 cup of Caster Sugar
5 tbsp water
1 cup of Double Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Salt

Bits and Bobs –
Handful of Salty Pretzels
Handful of Salted/Roasted Peanuts
Handful of crushed Salted Potato Chips

Topping –
350g melted Chocolate (milk or dark, whatever you like!)

    Hi Jemma again, I just had to tell you that this recipe for your shortbread with caramel, pretzels, Nuts, and chocolate looks so good that I can already taste it before it was even done on your video! 😲! I mean you have done so many marvelous delicious recipes that are knock my socks off amazing but when I saw this I had to play it twice just to see if I was Dreaming or if it was reality, and then I realized I have never had a dream this delicious so, I have all the ingredients and I'm getting my food processor out and going to start immediately. The only thing I guess I don't have are peanuts because they are not denture friendly, ha ha however sliced almonds are and I was going to substitute the rice flour with almond flour since I have it yet on hand. After visiting Ireland a few years back when my husband passed away, I ate scones every day and bought extras to have as a late night snack. I want to start my own shop making cupcakes and decorative cookies and a surprise every week in which scones will definitely be included, every flavor under the Golden rainbow! Thank you for so many wonderful recipes and your inspiration. I would love to come to London and train under you for an internship. Can you please tell me where or how I would find out about information on this internship program I have heard you mention before. I would
    Need to find lodging and hopefully be with in walking distance. Also I would need to know any prerequisites to qualify for your internship as well as any charges to work with you.     Hi Jemma! I notice that you always perfectly line your square tins ever since. Can you make a masterclass video on how to do it? I only know how to do the circular ones and with rectangular tins, the diagonal cuts sometimes are not perfect. Thanks and more power! <3
