    Have tried this recipe thrice. Still not able to get it right not sure what is going wrong. Tried adjusting the heat and timing. Everytime getting top hard crust. Middle not baked completely( molten).

    Hi Jemma, Can you please tell us what size eggs to use please. I only had XL 800gms eggs about 51gms each and I think using 6 made my mix too runny, or is that how the brownies are supposed to be. I would hate to think I have wasted all that butter and chocolate ๐Ÿ™ thank you ๐Ÿ™‚ I love your channel BTW. xx

    Mine looked nothing like this! Mine was super crackly on top and way too gooey…. I didnt know how long to leave it in for and took it out too early I reckon! I also went with 54% dark chocolate sooooo…. all those reasons probably why it didnt look like this!

    Update: I let it cool and it tasted amazing! The hazelnuts at the bottom are the shiz!
    I also put chunks of milk chocolate in it as well…. mmmmmm

    Just baked this. Used 300g of dark chocolate, 300g of sugar and walnuts instead and it tasted like a DREAM. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside. Thank you Jemma!! โค๏ธ
