U wipe vinegar to bowl and the beater to wipe off grease if any…does vinegar used affect the taste of the meringue

I just had one of these at C&D, only the meringues were in the shape of little bones for Halloween. I don't think I've ever had a better cupcake in my life. Brava to all those in the kitchens, absolutely unreal!!!
