    i made this for the first time and it worked perfectly! it took a while for everything to thicken but it turned out smooth, creamy, and delicious. i want to try reducing the sugar or adding more lemon next time though. it was balanced and wasnt too sweet but i love a strong lemon flavor!

    Made this today, mine wasn't very lemony, I will add more zest next time, probably the quality of my lemons. Great tutorial, tomorrow I attempt your white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream to accompany this in a cake!
