GUYS IT'S A TABLESPOON. NO YOU DO NOT NEED RUM. IT ADDS A BIT OF EXTRA FLAVOR BUT YOU WANT CHOCOLATE HERE. CHOCOLATE. NO RUM IS NEEDED FOR CHOCOLATE.
What I wanna know is do you have to use whole milk? because I only do 2%.or could i like use a mixture of it with cream or something?

OMG this is the best recipe ever!!! I didn't have enough patience to wait 25 mins so it wasn't very thick. It didn't change the taste though. I divided the recipe by 4 at first because I was unsure if I would like it (I also didn't have enough ingredients). But I have got to tell you…it is so delicious. It is absolutely devine when you dip chocolate brownies in it.
